Our Story

Hi, my name is Fredy Garcia, owner of North Air Heating and Refrigeration, LLC. I have 14 years of experience in the air conditioning field.

I started as a driver with Aire Rite Air Conditioning & Refrigeration company in Bolsa Chica, California. Being promoted to a commercial air conditioning installer, I developed many skills and was able to work in the service department where I achieved the following skills; repair freezers, walk-in coolers, ice machines, and commercial refrigeration, and exhaust fans. I was pleased to work with major accounts like Red Robbins restaurants, California Pizza Kitchens, Red Lobster, BJs Restaurants, PF Changs, Benihanas, Applebee's, and Cheesecake Factory and many more well-known restaurants.​

In 2013, I decided to join Emcor Facilities Service as an HVAC Technician providing service to US Banks and Learning Care Group (Day Care Centers) main costumers in California. I transferred and moved to Tualatin, Oregon where I provided service to LAM Research. 

Throughout the years, I have represented a company providing exceptional work. I have decided to represent myself because my passion is providing quality service. I gave myself a business name, North Air Heating and Refrigeration, LLC and I deliver what the customer wants; excellent and quality service at a fair price. 

As one of the local businesses in the Tualatin area, we attribute our reputation to the lasting customer relationships we’ve developed throughout the years. We believe that all of our customers deserve the highest level of service, and we are committed to providing just that.
